Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
* After hour rate: For trips that is outside of business hour, an after hour rate of $35.00 base rate for passenger transportation, $50.00 base rate for wheelchair transportation, or $135.00 base rate for gurney transportation applies.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 20 miles from office location in Durham, NC 27703, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile for passenger transportation, wheelchair transportation or gurney transportation will be incurred in addition to other rates.
*** Wait time rate: For roundtrips with drop-off locations over 20 miles from office location in Durham, NC 27703, that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $25.00 per hour billed at 15-minute increments for passenger transportation, wheelchair transportation, or gurney transportation applies.
