Meet Our Team

Every person on the Lynx Transportation team understands this is not just another job, but a ministry to serve...the Excellency of our Lord and Savior Jesus.

For our owner Stephanie Ross, this is not just another job, but a way to serve others.

As a military kid, Stephanie grew up on Army bases all over our country.  Shortly after her youngest sister was born, her Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and her life changed forever, as her mother had to constantly go to medical and hospital appointments.  As the oldest of three girls Stephanie was eager to help her Mom with any tasks to make her life easier.

At the age of five, Stephanie's youngest sister Bernadette was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, and was put on dialysis at age seventeen.  Throughout this period, Stephanie learned that sometimes your loved ones simply don't feel good, and just want to be loved and cared for.

Stephanie's younger sister Toni fought a tough battle with breast cancer just like their Mom had, but unfortunately both of Stephanie's sisters and her Mom passed away.  Instead of being bitter or overcome with grief, Stephanie was motivated by her experiences to found Lynx Transportation, as she discovered that many people who were sick or elderly didn't always receive the care and respect they deserve.

"I thank the Lord Jesus that I can serve His people in this ministry of Non Emergency Medical Transportation!"
